Two divisions, one quality standard
The ROSTRA group consists of a tool shop and a press shop — two specialised but closely linked companies. Together they cover the whole chain from tool design to the series sheet-metal part.

Design, machining, tool assembly, try-out stamping and series production all take place on one site in Vizovice. We try out the tool directly on a press of the right category — the same press that will later run series production — with no transport between companies and no hand-over protocols.
Around 30 % of the tools ROSTRA Tools builds stay physically in the ROSTRA Stamping press shop — we stamp the parts from them ourselves and look after the tool for its whole service life.

Czech-owned, two specialised companies
ROSTRA has been making press tools and injection moulds and stamping sheet-metal parts in Vizovice since 2000. After 26 years we are a class A supplier to the automotive industry, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (both companies) and IATF 16949 (ROSTRA Stamping press shop).
Since January 2025 we have operated as two sister companies under one holding — we share the site and the management and work closely together: a tool built at Tools moves seamlessly to Stamping for series production and lifetime maintenance.

We are looking for CNC machine operators, press setters, toolmakers and quality technicians — for the tool shop and the press shop. We normally run morning and afternoon shifts; night shifts only exceptionally.

Where is ROSTRA located?
ROSTRA Tools and ROSTRA Stamping share one site at Říčanská 989, 763 12 Vizovice, in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It is a 20-minute drive from the centre of Zlín and 30–45 minutes from the D1 motorway, depending on the day of the week.
What is the difference between ROSTRA Tools and ROSTRA Stamping?
Tools is the tool shop — it designs and builds press tools, moulds and precision machined parts. Stamping is the press shop — it stamps sheet-metal parts in series on presses up to 800 t. The companies were split on 1 January 2025 but operate on one site and work closely together.
Can you build a tool and put it straight into series production?
Yes. A tool built at ROSTRA Tools moves seamlessly to ROSTRA Stamping, where we try it out, test it and start series production. We then keep the tool's maintenance in-house for its whole service life.
What certifications do you hold?
Both companies hold ISO 9001 (quality, since 2007), ISO 14001 (environment, since 2023) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety, since 2023); the ROSTRA Stamping press shop holds IATF 16949 (automotive, since 2021). Key customers rate us as a class A supplier in their audits.
Do you take on projects outside automotive?
Yes. Besides automotive we make, for example, tools for racking systems used in logistics centres — the processes and precision built for automotive transfer well to other industries.
