Working in Vizovice — what you ask us
Where exactly do you work?
We are based in Vizovice, Říčanská 989, Czech Republic. It is a 20-minute drive from the centre of Zlín and 30–45 minutes from the D1 motorway, depending on the day of the week. We pay a travel allowance of CZK 2/km from a distance of 3 km.
Do you work shifts?
In both the press shop and the tool shop we run morning and afternoon shifts; night shifts only exceptionally. Technical positions are mostly mornings only. Quality inspectors work two shifts.
Do you take graduates without experience?
Yes, regularly. For technical positions we have an established training system with a specific mentor.
How quickly do you respond to a CV?
Within a week of receiving it. A face-to-face interview then typically follows within 2 weeks of first contact.
